Return and Exchange Policy - PUSH&BEAR

At PUSH&BEAR, we are committed to delivering high-quality clothing and ensuring customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we offer exchanges under specific conditions. Please read our policy carefully:

1. India (Domestic) - Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only:
We do not accept returns for domestic orders. However, exchanges are available under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Size: If the size you received is incorrect.

  • Torn or Damaged Items: If the product arrives damaged or torn.

  • Incorrect Product: If the product received is not what you ordered.

Mandatory Video Requirement:
To process any exchange request, you must provide a video taken before opening the package. The video must clearly show the package’s external condition and the product inside. This is mandatory for all exchange requests.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges:
If the product you wish to exchange is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

2. USA & UAE - Exchange Policy

Exchanges Available:
Exchanges are available for international orders with applicable shipping fees:

  • USA: $18

  • UAE: 65 AED

No Returns:
Returns are not accepted for orders from the USA or UAE.

Out-of-Stock Exchanges:
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund minus the shipping fee ($18 for USA / 65 AED for UAE). Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.

3. General Terms

  • Exchange Request Timeline: Must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized, personalized, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Shipping Charges: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

4. Shipping and Order Processing Timeline

India (Domestic):

  • Order Processing: Within 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Orders will ship within 1–7 days.

USA & UAE:

  • Order Processing: Within 48 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Orders will ship within 7–20 days, depending on the destination.
