2. Order Processing Times

  • India (Domestic): Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • USA & UAE: Orders are processed within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

Processing time refers to how long it takes us to prepare and pack your order before shipping.


3. Shipping Times

  • India: Delivery is expected within 1–7 days after processing.

  • USA & UAE: Delivery is expected within 7–20 days after processing, depending on the destination.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs, weather, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders, regardless of destination.

  • Customs and Import Duties: We handle custom clearance, so you won't face any surprise charges or duties upon delivery. Your order arrives hassle-free.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can monitor your package via the carrier's tracking page or through the link in your shipment confirmation email.


6. Delivery Delays

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. As part of our exchange process, please provide a video of the package before opening to validate your claim. Refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for more details.


8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PUSH&BEAR is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately after placing your order.


9. Expedited Shipping

Currently, we only offer standard free shipping. We are exploring expedited shipping options and will update our customers as new services become available.
