Pricing: Prices are listed in INR (India), USD (USA), and AED (UAE) and may change without notice. Additional charges such as duties or shipping fees (if applicable) may apply at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Locations: We currently ship to India, UAE, and USA. Free worldwide shipping is offered on all orders, subject to specific terms.

Processing Time:

  • India: Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within 7 days.

  • USA & UAE: Orders are processed within 48 hours and delivered within 10–20 days.

Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to customs, weather, or other external factors. We are not liable for such delays.

5. Return and Exchange Policy

Exchanges Only: We do not accept returns. Exchanges are allowed only for incorrect sizes, damaged items, or incorrect products. Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

Exchange Conditions: A video of the unopened package is required to initiate any exchange request.

Out of Stock: If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued (minus applicable shipping charges).
